Terms & Conditions

This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("you") and MajorConnexx LLC, ("MajorConnexx") regarding your use of all aspects of www.majorconnexx.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you are entering into this Agreement with MajorConnexx and indicating that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as our general privacy policy. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions as originally stated, please do not use the Service. In addition, MajorConnexx shall have the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time, which modification shall be effective immediately upon posting. Moreover, when using particular MajorConnexx owned or operated services, you and MajorConnexx shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including, but not limited to, the release of new MajorConnexx properties, shall be subject to the Agreement.

Rights Associated with the Service. The Service is designed to help you find news and information that resides on sites NOT OWNED OR CONTROLLED BY MAJORCONNEXX. In particular, the Service provides brief descriptions of news stories to help you identify the stories of interest to you. When you select a story, you will be linked to the news site on which that story appears. MajorConnexx owns and retains all intellectual property rights to the Service; but MajorConnexx does not claim authorship, ownership, or exclusivity rights to content held by sites to which the Service links.

Use of the Service.You may only display the content of the Service for your own personal use (i.e., non-commercial use) and may not otherwise copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content. For example, you may not use the Service to sell a product or service; use the Service to increase traffic to your Web site for commercial reasons, such as advertising sales; take the results from the Service and reformat and display them, or use any robot, spider, other device or manual process to monitor or copy any content from the Service. If you are uncertain whether your intended use of the Service is permissible, please contact us. In addition, MajorConnexx shall have the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Service or your access to it.

Use of Content. You acknowledge that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will MajorConnexx be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.

Miscellaneous. No delay or omission by MajorConnexx in exercising any of its rights occurring upon any noncompliance or default by you with respect to any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement will impair any such right or be construed to be a waiver thereof, and a waiver by MajorConnexx of any of the conditions or agreements to be performed by you will not be construed to be a waiver of any succeeding breach thereof or of any other condition or agreement hereof contained. The captions of this Agreement have been inserted solely for convenience of reference, in no way define or limit the scope or substance of any provision of this Agreement, and will not be considered in interpreting this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then this Agreement will remain in full force and effect and will be reformed to be valid and enforceable while reflecting the intent of the parties to the greatest extent permitted by law. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, this Agreement sets forth the entire agreement between you and MajorConnexx regarding its subject matter, and supersedes all prior promises, agreements or representations, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
